First Bithday

Caden turned one on November 6th. We cannot believe he has already been with us for a year. We had a fun farm birthday party---so thankful for all our friends and family who came to celebrate with us. We are so blessed!

Our Silly Boy

Caden is so much fun--running around the house with crazy hair. He loves being naked!

A Weekend in LaCrosse with Cousins and Apples!

We traveled up to LaCrosse to see one of cousin Tyler's football games--he did great and Uncle Todd coached the boys well. Caden loved Sarena and we enjoyed Anne and Todd's yummy cooking and hanging out with cousin Jenna. We went to the apple orchard on Sunday and picked some delicious Honey Crisp apples.

Caden's Trip to the Farm

We spent a fun weekend in Iowa during the start of Harvest. Caden got to ride and drive the Combine with Grandpa--he loved watching the corn stalks get sucked up!! He also had fun riding on the four wheeler with Grandma.

Caden Walking and Playing with his soccer ball

Family Campout in Storm Lake

What a fun weekend with the family. Lots of laughs, good food, beautiful sunsets, boating and campfires!! It is a blessing to have such a close family.

Up North with Rob and Laura

Rob, Laura, Caden, Jason and I had a nice, relaxing weekend at the cabin up north. Rob thought it would be a good idea to teach Caden how to sled in the summer time--good practice for the upcoming winter--Caden will be great at sledding!

More Charlotte Fun

We had a great trip to Charlotte visiting Uncle Matty, Aunt Jamie, Uncle Chris and cousins Tait, Grayson and Ellie. Caden loved the pool!

Caden and Kitty at the farm

We went to Iowa a couple of times over the summer. Caden was very interested in the cats and
their dogs--he is still not so sure about the pigs. Rob taught Caden how to run--what a good Uncle--always teaching him new things.

Caden and Jack

Caden decided he did not want to be fed in July so we started cutting up all his food. He puts some in his mouth and then throws the rest to his doggies Jack and Abby! He loves his doggies--he actually says the word dog and calls Jack "Dack!"

Caden's Dedication

Caden was dedicated at Spring Creek in June on Father's Day. Thank you to our parents, Uncle Luke and Auntie Shorty for coming! Please pray for us as we raise our son up to Love the Lord.

Florida Trip with College Girlies

Caden and I headed to Florida at the end of June to spend a long weekend with my college girlfriends--Emily, Julie, Lauren (with Wyatt) and Katie (with Abigail). Katie lovingly hosted us at her condo. We had such a fun weekend reconnecting, talking lots, bringing up memories from Liberty, going to the beach, swimming in the pool and eating!!

Caden Crawling

Caden talking with Daddy

Caden's Catch-Up

Caden's first Brewer Game with Daddy, Mommy and Cousin Corey too!!
Caden loves his high chair and is a great eater!
He was pretty excited about his first serving of rice cereal--who wouldn't be!

Well--its been awhile since we have updated this site. A lot has happened--Caden has changed so much. Right around the age of 4 months, he began moving and he has not stopped. He started rolling over, was sitting up before 5 months, crawling right before he turned 7 months and now has really gotten the hang of crawling and is all over the place. He is also pulling himself up on anything and everything and is just learning how to get himself back down.
