Rob, Laura, Caden, Jason and I had a nice, relaxing weekend at the cabin up north. Rob thought it would be a good idea to teach Caden how to sled in the summer time--good practice for the upcoming winter--Caden will be great at sledding!
We went to Iowa a couple of times over the summer. Caden was very interested in the cats and their dogs--he is still not so sure about the pigs. Rob taught Caden how to run--what a good Uncle--always teaching him new things.
Caden decided he did not want to be fed in July so we started cutting up all his food. He puts some in his mouth and then throws the rest to his doggies Jack and Abby! He loves his doggies--he actually says the word dog and calls Jack "Dack!"
Caden was dedicated at Spring Creek in June on Father's Day. Thank you to our parents, Uncle Luke and Auntie Shorty for coming! Please pray for us as we raise our son up to Love the Lord.
Caden and I headed to Florida at the end of June to spend a long weekend with my college girlfriends--Emily, Julie, Lauren (with Wyatt) and Katie (with Abigail). Katie lovingly hosted us at her condo. We had such a fun weekend reconnecting, talking lots, bringing up memories from Liberty, going to the beach, swimming in the pool and eating!!
